Who am I?

My name is Dan Millen, an aspiring author who lives in Kent, UK.

About me, more specifically.

I was born in 1988, I have been writing seriously since I was sixteen. I have three siblings and of course, Mum and Dad who I am grateful to for all their continued support.

 I enjoy all the usual things really: sports, films, socialising with friends, travelling and having a productive groan. Yes, that is a real thing, as you'll see from time to time.

What do I write?

I have focused more on children's literature and adult fiction as time has moved on, but I have dabbled in short stories writing, script writing and a little poetry in the style of quatrains and couplets.

I also provide personalised book for family and friends on special occasions. God help them!

Why am I writing?

Writing is my life. In fact, I spend so much time writing, my friends and family tell me I have to take time out at some point. No chance of that!

 
So at this time, there is no further need to bore you with my life. My work is what I really want you to waste time reading!

    I think it is beautiful that you take the time to write. Being creative with your thoughts is a gift. I look forward to reading your stories and visualizing the descriptions your imagination wants to give to the world.
